"A truly noteworthy moment"
One day in a snow storm, I got stuck in my mom's driveway on Rt. 50 a few miles from Fogg's. I called to get a tow truck and none were available, but they put me through to the driver. Well, he was far away, but said he would try to stop on his way back to Fogg's.
I called back to Foggs and in a "please help me, I am stuck" voice asked for any assistance at all.they said no one was available. I started digging in the snowbank, under the car and doing the best I could. all of a sudden I looked up and there is a Fogg's truck. Gary (Dubois), the Service Manager, had taken it upon himself to come look for this womanstuck on Rt. 50 and see if he himself could help in anyway he could. He did not even know who I was or where I was, only on Rt. 50 nearby. he helped me out and saved the day!!! this was a truly noteworthy moment in my life and he is to be commended in this hustle-bustle world where people just don't have time to help. Service manager Gary DuBois gave me a tour of the shop and explained what was going to be done with the recall. In addition to that work, I had some other problems corrected. Everything was completed in a timely manner.

I have always been happy with the service I?ve received at Fogg?s but was especially happy the last time, Wed. Dec. 15.
I brought my car in (the night before) for an inspection, oil, lube & filter. I was on pins and needles worrying how much it would cost me if the car didn?t pass the inspection and wondering how long I was going to have to wait for that greatly anticipated phone call.

"Performed in a professional manner..."
This past October, a tragedy befell my 2003 Mustang convertible. some idiot was concentrating more on eating a cupcake than driving, ran a red light and drove into the right side of my car. I was 4 blocks and 1 week away from my garage and winter storage. I called my boyfriend, Harry H., and he arrived at the scene and told me not to worry, I'll send it to Fogg's. I was still heartbroken. A few days later, braving cold weather and a shattered right door window, I drove it to your shop. I was convinced the damage was worse than it appeared and figured this was my last drive in it.
Once I left it there, things slowly got better. Chuck Fogg and Scott Brown took care of all insurance details and procedures. I can't thank them enough. My biggest amount of praise goes to Ed Springer. The quality of work and detail is amazing.When I got my car back, it looked as perfect as the day I took it out of your showroom. Ed, thank you. You are a true craftsman and should be very proud of your work. Everyone involved performed in a professional manner, from details to keeping in touch with Harry. Rest assured that my next and future Mustangs will be from Fogg's.
Thank you all again for making a bad situation have a happy ending. Even Dan, your tow truck driver who delivered it back to me, was truly professional. You guys are the best!

I first started servicing my vehicles at Fogg's Automotive & Suzuki in 2002. I have been very satisfied with both the Service Advisors and the quality of all work performed on my vehicles. The advisors have always been pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. I feel the Advisors look out for my best interest as well as for the safety and integrity of my vehicles. I will continue to service my vehicles at Fogg's Automotive & Suzuki for many years to come.

I first visited Fogg's Automotive in 2005 and was impressed with the quality and abilities of the staff. Since then I have witnessed firs hand the caring nature of the Fogg family trickle down to the employees at every level. Never have I been in an auto repair shop that showed such genuine concern for not only the repairs being performed, but also the customer and the customers other needs. The consistent level of professionalism mixed with common sense and honest advice makes Fogg's a winner for any of your automotive needs. Since I am no longer local to Fogg's, I make less frequent visits there but I still bring vehicles in whenever possible.
I have interacted with every part of the Fogg's business: Sales, Service, Parts, Towing and Body Shop. What few concerns I have ever voiced have been quickly and correctly addressed. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for sales, service or body repairs visit Fogg's and learn more about the business.
